The files are in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document format (PDF). They may be downloaded or viewed directly from our site. If you have the Acrobat Reader installed and have made the proper file associations, the files may be viewed and then saved for future reference. The PDF files may also be downloaded by clicking the file name with the right mouse button (Windows), or by holding the mouse button for several seconds (Macintosh), then selecting "save target as..." from the pop-up menu.
